The tax applied to orders placed from this store is subject to UK Value Added Tax Standard Rate of 20%. The prices you see displayed throughout the web shop are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery:

All orders received by 1pm will be dispatched on the same day assuming all items are in stock. UK customers can expect their goods to arrive in 1-3 working days. If any items are out of stock then we will place them on back order. We will inform you of any items on back order and give you an estimated delivery date.

You have the option to cancel your back order if you prefer not to wait. You will not be charged for back orders until they are dispatched.

Delivery Charges: Postage is charged at the following rates:

Mainland UK :

Orders over £100 = Free Delivery

Orders under £100 = £4.95 recorded delivery.

Overseas:

We are able to offer International Shipping please contact us before ordering for Shipping costs and delivery times.

Returns Policy:

We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 7 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost.

We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. We will not be held responsible for any items lost or delayed in the post. Items returned for exchange will be liable to a further postage charge. Claims for damages or shortages on any orders must be reported within 24 hours from arrival by telephoning 0845 2694093.

Any faulty items must be returned within 28 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging. Before any item can be returned you must contact us on 0845 2694093 to get a Returns Number.

A full refund or, if preferred, exchange of equal value is guaranteed for customers returning products within 7 days of delivery when purchased through the website or phone orders via the shop.

If any exchange or refund is required then you should return the item to us, ensuring a copy of an email or confirmation.

Items must be returned by Recorded delivery and clearly marked for the attention of the Returns Order Dept.

We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels, or postal charges incurred when returning goods and we do have the right to refuse an exchange or refund, if we consider the goods have not been treated in accordance with the instructions provided with them. Videos, DVD’s will only be exchanged if faulty. Lesson vouchers/bookings will can not be refunded.

  • We make no charge for returns – there is no restocking fee
  • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging
  • All returns must have a completed returns form enclosed in the item
  • We will credit the card we have on file as soon as the item is returned to us – the refund however may take up to 21 working days to appear on your statement due to the difference in bank transfer procedures.
  • If original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with.
  • If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

Your item(s) must be returned to the address below clearly marked with the returns number. All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.
