Weston-Super-Mare is a popular tourist destination and is great for kitesurfing, power kiting, landboarding, and buggying. With attractions such as its long sandy beach, the world’s largest dedicated helicopter collection at the Helicopter Museum, North Somerset Museum, the Grand Pier, the SeaQuarium aquarium and the recently opened Weston Eye. We can run any of our kitesurfing courses here, though it is particularly suited to landboarding and buggying lessons with its dedicated ‘fly zone’.
Please note, you MUST be a member of Wind Wheels and Waves to us this beach independently. Membership (free) and insurance is available from the British Kite Surfing Association.

Directions to Weston Super Mare (Uphill)

Take Junction 21 off the M5, and follow signs to the town centre. After passing MacDonalds, turn left (first exit) and follow signs for Uphill. You will come to a mini roundabout where you must turn right, and keep going, heading toward Weston General Hospital. Continue to follow signs for Uphill, where the beach entrance is on the far left the golf course on Uphill Way / Link Road.
